He started The Long Aisle to capture them — conversations with the founders and operators building CPG brands for the long haul, exploring how they think, how they live, and what keeps them going.

Lucas is also a dad, fitness enthusiast, and someone who believes that the best things in life are built slowly, with intention. His north star has always been the same: the right inputs, compounded over time, create something worth building.
